Headaches | Orofacial Pain
Headaches or 'orofacial pain' can occur in a variety of areas around the face and
head taking the form of a migraine, cluster or tension headache. The cause can be
physical or emotional stress, or a chemically related disorder. The pain can be
mild to severe and range from spot locations to wide bands of pain and discomfort
around the head. It is possible for a headache to become so severe that one may
experience nausea or difficulty seeing.
Optimum HealthCare chiropractors have had considerable success lessening or removing some of the
contributing forces that cause headaches. Chiropractic adjustments have shown
to be a treatment more effective than medications in reducing the severity and frequency
of headache pain.
